SOULution Radio — Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in submitting content! These are the guidelines for free submissions to SOULution Radio. All content submitted must comply with these guidelines and applicable Florida, USA laws.

Submissions from minors (under 18) will not be accepted.

Before submitting, we strongly recommend reviewing our Airtime Schedule and listening to current programming to ensure your content aligns with what we feature. While our programming continues to evolve and new blocks are introduced over time, submissions that closely match our current formats are typically reviewed and scheduled more quickly.

Content that is not an immediate fit may still be considered for future programming opportunities.

1. Broadcast & Content Guidelines

• No obscene, indecent, or profane material beyond minimal use.
• No false information, misleading statements, or hoaxes.
• No harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content.
• Avoid controversial political or religious content.

2. Music & Copyright / Licensing

• Submissions must be original or submitted with full permission.
• You grant SOULution Radio the right to broadcast your content under our license agreements.
• Live365 blanket licensing covers songs in rotation; all other content must have documented permission.

3. Permissions & Rights

• Submissions must be your original work, submitted with permission, or you must have the legal right to submit, broadcast, and distribute the content.
• You grant SOULution Radio, LLC the right to use your name, likeness, and materials for broadcast, station-related promotion, and social media purposes.

4. Technical Guidelines

• Audio Quality:
  - Ensure tracks are mixed and mastered to professional broadcast-quality standards.
  - Remove any blank space at the beginning or end of the file to ensure smooth playback for submissions.
  - Volume levels should match across tracks.
• Submission Length:
  - Individual songs should be between 1½ and 5 minutes
  - DJ mixes and podcasts should not exceed 28 minutes.
• Metadata:
  - Tag all files with correct and complete metadata (title, artist, genre, contributors, album, songwriter(s), ISRC code if available).
  - If your submission contains music requiring a cue sheet, refer to the Live365 Cue Sheet here for guidance.
• Contact Information:
  - Include clear, professional contact details in your submission form.
• Album Art:
  - JPEG or PNG, 150 × 150 px
• Optional Promotional Photo / Logo:
  - JPEG or PNG, 400 × 400 px (used for station carousel and promotional features)

5. Submission Process

• All submissions are represented by Florida, USA laws upon submission.
• Provide all required links to your content in the submission form.
• Submitters will not be contacted regarding the acceptance or status of their submission; all decisions are final and based solely on content review.
• Allow 2–3 weeks for review after submission.

6. Advertising & Promotions

• Submissions must not contain any advertising or promotional content.

7. Indemnity & Agreement

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SOULution Radio, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your submission.
• SOULution Radio reserves the right to update these guidelines and terms at any time. Submissions after updates are considered subject to the latest version.
• Submitters must not harass or contact the station regarding when or if their content will be aired.
• By submitting your content constitutes a binding agreement to the posted guidelines and terms.
